We truly hope you have a magcial holiday with your loved ones. I know we feel extremely blessed to be able to be surrounded by those we love the most this upcoming week. I'm grateful for the chance to not only celebrate Christs birth but to be able to teach my children about it as well. The are the light of ourlives and they too are something we are truly grateful for this season (and always:) They are best friends and are eagerly awaiting "ho, ho, ho" to come for Jesus birf-day!

Christmas w/ the McVea's

This year we had an early Christmas with the McVea's since we all had plans to go with our 'other' side of the family this year!  We weren't going to do it until this weekend but Seth's sister Sarah and her family were in town from Michigan so we took advantage of that and had it a week early:) It was a PACKED house but it was so fun to have (almost) everyone together. We had a Christmas morning, made ginerbread houses, watched movies & went shopping.  Oooh man and I made a reciepe from pinterest BAKED FRENCH TOAST!!!! A-MAZING people! Not one reciepe from pinterest has let me down. I'm loving that site just for that:)

 

my family

To say i love my family doesn't even come close... they are my happy! they mean the world to me and when the pressures are bearing down they are who pulls me through. I honestly love being in a family, i love being a mom and a wife, it's not always easy but I know I'm meant to be where I am, right now. I wouldn't trade it for any other timeline or story! I will forever choose this and these people.
