I usually don't go so long without updating... I hope you haven't lost faith in me. I've been busy with my new calling, reading a new series, running outside to play if it remotely looks like spring, going to my sister's for the weekend, being a mom, having my mom in town, etc... I do have some posts coming up this week though.
-Game Night
-Mason the SUPER HERO
-Our scrapbook layout for our adoption profile
-Friends sleeping over:)
-Mason's new transportation
-How to keep a toddler to sit still during family home evening:)
Things I won't be posting about because I have no pictures:(
My mom stayed with us last weekend and we had a blast having her here. Mason's has never had his Grandma's all to himself like that so he was in heaven. I love having my mom here. We went for a walk, played games and ate good food:) She than came back up to my way from my sister's to see my talk in BYU sociology class last Wednesday. Our adoption agency asked if I would speak along side a couple birth moms in a presentation.... it was a neat experience but I think my mom came to make sure I didn't pass out;) ha ha.
Something else I forgot my camera for was this last weekend; we went out to spend the night at my sister Cassie's, we stayed up till wee hours in the morning just chatting! I love my sister! We always have so much fun together! Then Sunday we went over to my other sister Jamie's and had a delicious dinner with her fam and some friends Jay & Tami. I love going over there, her little girl Mya and Mason are the best of friends. Mya tried to trap Mason in her room to 'play dolls'... he wasn't so sure about that so they decided to play 'ball' instead:)
Something I'm way nervous and equally excited about is FSA (families supporting adoption) is a great organization that works hand in hand with LDS family services adoption agency and they asked Seth and I to be Activity Chairman’s. AH! It's a bigger agency here in Utah then it was in Cali and it was big responsibility but we're so excited to be apart of such a great group. There are other amazing families on the board and we can't wait to get to know them better. I just hope we can live up to what we're supposed to accomplish:)
