I'll admit moving to Texas wasn't all too appealing at first but living three hours away from my big brother has made it pretty special. We had such a fun weekend with them. I love when they come to visit, so does the kids!
We did homemade gingerbread houses (HOLY MOLY, I didn't realize how much work that was) & Jer tried to help me save my tree. No one told me when you buy a real store from a store and not an actual farm like we did in Oregon you have to cut the bottom off so you can unclog it and it can drink drink the water... Ugh! Long story short and the biggest pain my butt later we'll be having artificial tree's from on now:(
