Christmas Day

Christmas Day we lounged around, made Gingerbread Houses, took naps, did the Nativity & ended with a Talent Show. The kids all got along so well, so did the adults (haha). It was an awesome day!

CHRISTMAS MORNING

It was a full house but it was so fun to be with so much family on Christmas Morning. Around 6am I went to use the restroom and when I came downstairs Aiden was standing in middle of all the Christmas Magic with his eyes wide! Opps, we weren't supposed to let any of the kids past the stairs until everyone was awake but he's a sneaker. He said "Mom, I just wanted to see if Santa came!" It was kind of a cool one on one moment with him. We sat down there in the soft glow until the rest of the house woke up! Then the craziness started:) The kids were so cute when opening up their gifts especially when they got something they had really, really asked for (Shay's Care Bear, Mason's Darth Vader lego and Aiden's Storm Trooper mask).

I love the magic of Christmas Morning. I love being with my family and celebrating Christ's Birth.

McVea's Christmas Trip to Medford

This year for Christmas (almost all) of Seth's family met at Brian & Sarah's in Medford. We got there the night before Christmas Eve and the party started :) It was so fun to see everyone. It's been almost 6 months since we were home last and saw them so it was good to be able to celebrate the holidays together!

For Christmas Eve we went over to the church and played a bunch of fun games. It was good to let the kids get their energy out but I'm thinking the adults had just as much fun!
